Vajadzētu

The Riga Project Choir's concert program "Vajadzētu" offered listeners the opportunity to hear a rarely performed masterpiece of Latvian choral music — Pēteris Plakidis 1985 choral symphony, “Nolemtība”.
The choir’s new program allowed listeners to reflect during Advent on the balance between optimism and cynicism, helping audiences to maintain hope even during difficult times. In addition to Plakidis’ choral symphony, the choir performed a cappella works by Ēriks Ešenvalds, Pēteris Vasks, and Lauma Kazaka.

The Riga Project Choir would like to thank the State Cultural Capital Fund, Riga City Council, Riga St. Peter's Church, and Jāzeps Mediņš Riga Music High School for their support in the implementation of this concert program.
